Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress, best known for portraying detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter as well on NBC's Providence drama and The Resident's medical thriller The Resident. Her breakout performance as Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap series Guiding Light was also praised. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch included in the credits of her films. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a film with Vlas Parlapanides (the duo who came up with Immortals) Immortals) is thought to be in the works. The actress is also working on a new show called Gods & Heroes.
