Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor. She was born on June 13, 1962. After her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack participant in WarGames 1982 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a member of the group. Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than twenty years. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career on film by appearing in the crime action film Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. The film which was directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Her first success led her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. John Hughes' film is widely regarded as one of the best high school movies of all-time. Even though the budget was $1 million its earnings crossed $50 million. In the course of appearing on CBS Schoolbreak, which was her first appearance on TV. In April 1980, the show began to air. The show was designed for teens. The actress also appeared in other shows on TV, including Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Some of her latest appearances are in Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse an action film featuring a superhero in which she plays a cameo. Sheedy is known for her amazing performances won many awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' Gold Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
